My final project for my intro design class (Applications for Print Publishing) was to design either a magazine or book of at least 32 pages. The concept I ran with is of a food magazine called Foodies Appreciate. Every new issue, the magazine dedicates itself to fully appreciate a different food with new recipes that go beyond the traditional form of that food. This issue is dedicated to Pizza.

None of the content belongs to me. The article and recipes and pictures belong to those who wrote them, which I have credited. I simply designed the layout and organized the information.
Throughout my magazine, I have three layouts that I've stuck with when presenting the recipes. The layouts are only slight variations of each other. The main difference is the placement of the title.
Layout 1: The left page's title is at the top and aligned to the left. The right page's title is at the bottom and alligned to the right.
Layout 2: The left page's title is at the top and aligned to the left. The right page's title is at the top and alligned tot he right.
Layout 3: The left and right page is one recipe and has the title spread across both pages from left to right.
